L&C Florals Wedding Flowers Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions are the terms and conditions upon which L&C Florals make wedding florals available to you:

1. Definitions

“Company”, “we”, “us” refers to L&C Florals. “Client”, “you” refers to the person booking our services. “Event” refers to the wedding or occasion stated on the booking form

2. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable booking fee of 10% of final cost is required to secure your date.

• No work or date reservation will be confirmed until the booking fee is received.

• Then 50% of the remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 3 months before the wedding date

• Then the remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks before the event date.

• Bookings made within 8 weeks of the event must be paid in full at the time of booking.

• We reserve the right to cancel your booking if these payments are not received within the agreed time frames.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• The booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

• Cancellations made:

  • More than 4 months before the event: balance payments refunded (excluding booking fee)

  • Less than 2 months: no refunds will be given

• In the unlikely event that we If we are unable to fulfil your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

4. Changes to Order

• Minor changes may be accepted up to 4 months before the event, subject to availability.

• Significant changes (e.g. colour scheme, design style, quantities) may incur additional charges.

• No changes can be guaranteed within 3months of the event date.

5. Design & Product Disclaimer

• All arrangements are handmade and may vary slightly from images, mood boards, or previous designs.

• Artificial flowers may differ slightly in shade, size, or style depending on supplier availability.

• We reserve the right to substitute materials with similar alternatives of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Hire Items (if applicable)

• All Hire items remain the property of L&C Florals at all times

• A refundable damage deposit of £150.00 may be required.

• Items must not be moved, altered, or used outdoors unless agreed.

• Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required will be deducted from the deposit.

7. Delivery & Collection

• Delivery/setup/collection fees will be outlined in your quote.

• The client must ensure safe and reasonable access to the venue.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by venue access restrictions, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Collection times must be adhered to where hire items are involved.

8. Responsibility & Care

• Once items are delivered and/or set up, responsibility passes to the client or venue.

• We are not liable for damage, theft, or loss once items are in place.

• Artificial flowers should be kept away from open flames, extreme heat, or adverse weather conditions.

9. Photography & Marketing

• We reserve the right to photograph our work and use images for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

• If you prefer your images not to be used, please inform us in writing prior to your event.

10. Liability

• Our liability is limited to the total value of your booking.

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to emotional distress or event disruption.

11. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, illness, supplier issues, or government restrictions.

12. Acceptance of Terms

• By paying the booking fee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
